It was not too bad earlier, just lighter rain after a very wet night, but the wind has picked up now and the coast where I went yesterday is on flood alert. :-0

Yes, it is a bit drearsome today. I'd half-heartedly planned to go out later but I' sure I can find some indoor pottering which needs my attention. :-D

There are puddles outside from the rain during the night but at the moment it is dry with not too much breeze - although I'm sure the worst is yet to come :-0

What a bleddy mix-up of a morning .,.. and I don’t think it was my fault.

I cancelled my covid jab - or rather it was cancelled by one of the doc’s receptionists after asking whether I should still have it as I had pulled a muscle through my rib cage- not right through this time as I realised what was happening and pressed on the side of my rib cage to prevent it doing so. I left my flu jab in place and fronted up to the docs this morning only to find they had nothing down for me so I called in to our nearby chemists and got my flu jab there. I really think one of the docs’ receptionists had cancelled both covid and flu!

As docs could not tell me when they would get covid jabs in, I asked chemist, who also had none. She will get them though so, as she is nearer, I shall get my covid jab there - and she is much nicer than our docs’ receptionists. :-D

‘Tis not bad weather here now. Rain has stopped and it is becoming brighter.

I bought an Adaptil plug in to see if it helped to keep Ralphie calm.....he keeps sniffing the air perhaps he is looking for his mum ;-) ;-)

On and off....the wind calm down about lunchtime which was good....it was suppose to be much of the day :-0
