I saw someone in town that I hadn't seen for a long time and chatted for a while, she said my face looked familiar, I said I have had it all my life lol, she didn't find that funny at all.

23 views and not so much as a single emoticon tells me SOH fail is alive but not kicking right here :-0

Humour and fun seem to not to be the done thing these days. I can't remember the last time I had a good laugh with anyone.

Just you and me then ZZzzz :-D

When I met with my best friend in town we had a lot of laughs about silly stuff that the rest at our dinner table didn't find funny at all, I think too many people are afraid of upsetting someone so didn't laugh, well two of us did. :-D :-D

Thank you kindly :-D :-D

I was at a group thing about a year ago and related what I thought was a very funny, ironic, true story. Blank faces every one of them. I had to check that my voice wasn't going through an invisible translate to a foreign language thingy. :-S

I have a weird sense of humour too. I quite often say things and it goes over people's heads. Luckily OH has the same as me.

I too was told I would laugh to see a pudding crawl. :-D But yet again LG and I come from the same area. :-)

Dad used to say a well dressed man was looking 'sprauncy'. Or if over dressed 'like a Pox Doctor's clerk' :-0

When we told him a porkie or two, he said 'Dont take me for a right pilgarlick'

Ring any bells LG? :-D :-D

Most definitely MG :-D :-D :-D :-D. Anyone doused heavily in perfume was described as smelling like a pox doctor's clinic If anyone was on the large size like me he would say once round him/her twice round the gasworks :-D A real charmer my Dad ;-) Bless him <3

134 for me MG :-D

My very best friend ever, who could always be relied on to silence a building with her inappropriate comments was bored with the silence one time and said, audibly, 'it's like sitting in the clap doctors waiting room' :-0 :-D :-D

Who lowered the tone here? :-0

I daren't post what my v b friend said, loudly, at the pictures when two girls were being noisy. The RR'r would crawl out of the woodwork.

City to Highgate was the 271. Took me on a tour of Norf Lundun. Through Hoxton and Essex Road. I used to fall asleep every night, and woke up frantically looking out of the window to see where I was. :-D :-D

134 took me down to see Mum and Dad :-D
