Sorry you are so poorly and hope you feel better soon. If you are up to it google for homeopathic help for the itching and aftereffects, I can't remember what the things are but think it's something to do with peppers (capsicum)

Take care of yourself, and don't push yourself to do anything you don't feel up to, despite this busy time of year.
