and am mobile at last, ready to party - even orgy if OH will drive me there.

I have a lovely red portable scooter which will go in the car.

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Oxygen and scooter make a heady mix.

OH can forget about housework/cooking/gardening etc for a few days - hope weather stays dry!!! :-D :-D

The thought of going into shops (not supermarkets) fills me with delight - even though in the past I loathed shopping.

Strange how we change. Think I need a bell or hooter.

It's independence of having your own wheels and
getting out there that lifts me also visiting our beach,
weather permitting, and having a stroll/ drive along the prom
with OH and dog, great. :-)

Just had a thought - at Christmas I shall put a string of lights (the one that cost £1 and go on battery) around the scooter. OH will leave home!

Nearly got knocked down today in Al** by the biggest scooter I have seen.He was knocking boxes down going round.Then he said he was 95,born before 1st WW ended and after causing hilarity at the till.scooted off like a rocket.Talk about state of the art...It was so wide he had a job getting through the checkout.
My OH had a nice scooter that came in 4 parts and he loved it,he also had his oxygen packs in bags.His was Chelsea Blue after his team.
