I have been up since the crack of dawn, all my chores are done and dinner is in the slow cooker. I am at keep fit later, so I may have a little look at my family tree, and see what else I can get up to. :-D :-D

Worn Out Wednesday for me :-(

I spent the day on "The stairmaster" :-(

Moved everything back into the tv room. I must have walked up and down those stairs a hundred times (at least!).

I now have a sore & swollen right knee & swollen ankles! waaaaaaaaaa :-(

With that, and the bruises from neighbour's dogs (only playing)..... I'm a wreck.

Hello Everyone, nice warm day now but earlier we had a Channel mist (6.30.am) which made it rather chilly,Looking out of the window I can see the Birds Bathing/Eating and Drinking,Lovely sight. :-D,Sebastian is playing up a little as he does,nt like the Injections I have to give him twice a day :-( Hopefully he will stabelise soon. Have a nice afternoon. :-D
