lovely at the beach yesterday afternoon :-D

Two guys fishing, a family playing beach cricket, some kids making wobbly sand castles, one woman & her dog chasing a tennis ball in and out of the water, and OH & me.

That's crowded for here!

Had a paddle, but the water was a bit chilly for me (it's winter!)

Walked about 2Km. But it aggravated the bursitis in my hip :-( Took an anti-inflammatory before I went to bed & it's fine today :-D (I only taken AI when it's really bad).

Waiting for spring....... when the water gets closer to bath temperature :-D

Today? Borrrrrrrrrring...... doing the washing :-(

iv been shopping,came home stripped littlemans bedroom,

and cleared all his toys out into my bathroom :-D

im doing nothing now till work tomorow,
munching some salt n viniger walkers, n a can of lucozade, in my Pj's :-D :-D

Today is the same and I am once again stripped off, the cherries are finished, my visitors have averted their eyes, the dog is mortified, but what can you do. I have a cunning ice pack pillow that I can sit on for a while before it goes into a messy puddle, , the fan is whirring, the Beach Boys are playing, someone has placed a straw hat on my head and a large pair of sunglasses sitting on my nose.

Oh I do love these hot, unbearable, sweaty London days :-D :-D :-D <3 ;-)

It's just gone noon in NSW, and I'm still in my pj's :-D

Sun is shining, expecting about 20C, might go for a wander on the beach.

Not bad for a winter day :-)

Give me a couple of months and I'll be complaining about the humidity :-(

I forgot to add, I am topless at present as I was outside cleaning out some ditches across our drive and I worked up quite a sweat, even though it is winter. I will be dressing again, for lunch.

The last couple of summers I have frequently been in the nude (reminds me of the song - in the mood) around the house. I keep the lounge curtains closed in case anybody comes and looks in the window. They cant see in any other windows unless they are tall and stand on tippy toes. I also keep a skirt and t-shirt handy to throw on if I have any unexpected visitors.

You just want to ogle his catheter don't you?

We had the pseudo- blackberry ice-cream I made. No blackberry pseudo-ice-cream, the blackberries were real!

Because I am none too keen on strawberries,and we don't have many either, I had a nice cold bowl of someting better I thought. Little tomatoes and salad cream,yum yum yum.

I can get away with nudity quite well .The way everything sags and dangles there is nothing untoward on show at all!

I know how you feel we're on the edge & it is very hot here.....I have a ceiling fan so at least i can put that on but a seriously thinking of taking my cut downs off :-D
