how dare you stare at my cucumbers - they are my own personal private cucumbers and shall remain so whilst I stuff them down my fleece linings for safe keeping.
Now, gerkins are a different matter altogether

oh god yes.always putting my foot in my big gob and getting RRd.
lets keep it clean.but do tell me,how do you keep your cucumbers warm in winter? :-D

my cucumbers tend to get forgotten in the winter although I have heard say from a man with straw in his hat (so he must know) that if you nurture your cucumbers and talk to them gently then they will slowly ripen and do you proud at the village fete - pure heresay

amazing the effect a cucumber can have upon one of a Friday evening. Personally I prefer my glass of wine and some good music but each to his or her own hehehe
