We have bin inspectors!

They check bins, and if you've put your garbage in the recycle, or vice versa, you're sent a warning. I think it's three strikes and you're out - the garbage truck doesn't stop at your house for a few weeks..... no idea what the council thinks those people will do with their rubbish. They'll probably dump it at the side of the road.

My Mum used to keep supermarket bags for the doggy doo. It hung on the side of the shed until she could get the bag to the doggy-doo-bin. One time she hung the bag over her side fence, went to get it.... and it had gone! Some eejit must have thought it was groceries. Hope they enjoyed opening the bag :-D
