:-P Ah'll have you know that I have all my wits about me and there was definitely a bit of frogophilia going on in that pond - I had my fireman that does with me at the time, so he can vouch for for the sound state of my mind. We were there discussing the serious subject of my leaking waterfall :-P

I love seeing the frogs in my pond having a good time ;-)

I feel proud that I have created something with my own hand that is a haven for wildlife to have such fun, romance and happiness.

We don't really get frogs here.

A mile up the road, well that's a different matter. Same with grass snakes. I have never seen one but down the road at the football field they are in the long grass.

I think it must be something to do with the historical position of the harbour.

Ah, shucks, BC, have you NO sense of gentility ;-)

What I am saying is - they wouldn't be there if it wasn't for me, because I have created the right environment for them to do what comes naturally. (Sharron obviously hasn't!)

I'm sure there are (were) days when you make (made) your bed to look welcoming and alluring, with soft lights and a spray of perfume here and there, etc. You just do (did) it all year round . . . . .
