Mashed potato'is to eat any time you like ,how you like ,even cold ,on a salad ,Muffy is right , i also like cold new potatos on salad ,it's a taste thing . |

How Muffy - take a large dollop of mash, cut up spring onions in it and mix and serve with a knob of butter on top and some grilled sausages - that is CHAMP as someone else has rightly said. |
