Except if you have holes in your net curtains like I do...then not such a good idea, the eggs would fall out wouldnt they :-D

To get back on topic......free range definitely best. I get my duck, peacock and quails eggs from a local farm from free range happy birds who tell jokes and drink beer and gin at weekends. By far the best.
