well I been using soya tablets since I started doing me own travelling to them exotic places and believe me, they don't stop me getting riled up but they do stop me throwing things (wasn't worried about the knives just the ornaments).

I know the feeling Sharron.
I go boss eyed looking in the mirror trying to find the lil b... with my tweezers.
Its like when you find a grey hair and pluck it out. It becomes to many.
Now my "beard" is like that :-S

My monthlies became religious festivalies. Like one at Christmas, one at Easter and I can recall having a kind of grand finale for the Queen Mother's funeral.

The hot flushes were the only time my ankles sweated.

The only big downside I have found is the beard which,if not carefully controlled, can quite easily make me look like Santa.

I had night sweats for a few months before the you-know-whats stopped altogether, and get the occasional hot flush, but thats all. I know I've been very lucky.

What they don't tell you is when the PMT symptoms disappear too. I still get some PMT symptoms even though there hasn't been anything at the end of it for more than 5 years.

*turns nose up at sushi* :-S
