of course the 'page 1 of 17171' may be in a different place for you all as i have my page set to 'large' text for my dreadful eyesight...but you will find it somewhere up there near "add topic" :))

I think you'll find that if you go back to the begining of Chat you might see some familiar names.

They're not threads Rose but posts. Each page consists of posts.

same as a reply Jane, except you add the title in 'add topic' :) it took me a while to pluck up courage to do either ...quite interesting to look back though and see who was here when the boards were 'new' before my time lol.

The Gen board goes back to Jan 2003.

I remember a pub thread on tips, powers that be didn't like that ... :-)

I had forgotten that she used it until I saw it written down Joy :)

made me laugh though as one memory I cherish is of going to see a fashion show with my mum at the local adult education college, for some reason she was in a skittish mood lol and just as everyone stopped clapping the models she would start...I was caught between embarrassment and laughter while she was doing it lol, but we were both in hysterics afterwards :)

I remember that you could have the page with just text or with the adds.

I use the South African site here as there are no adds only one for FR.
