Single mother of 5 children to 4 fathers has just admitted saving her benefits for £4500 boob job. Now intends to have more cosmetic surgery.

Nigel Kennedy states that he cannot do his job without the use of cannabis to relax. On the same page - school in England discover 9yr olds selling cannabis in playground.

the drug culture in this country is getting way out of hand
sooner its legalised the better
and they could sell it in the chemists
and the government get duty on it to
now that may sort the national debt out

and it would stop lots of criminal activity dead

I saw all that Chris, unbelievable isn't it (all of it)

And the mother of five also says that they have several holidays a year abroad at £2000 each time I think it was and then she says, which leaves me speechless.
"I deserve it". Really? Why? Why does she deserve it, she has never worked and doesn't intend to.

(Not quite speechless! Lol!!)

Elisabeth Report 6 Oct 2010 13:03

This story seems a good example of why benefits need to be cut. The rest of us can't afford to keep people on this amount of income. This woman has obviously been receiving far too much if she can afford such a lifestyle.

I worry about what sort of example this 'mother' is showing her children. Will they expect the state to keep them in the future?

Time for a huge shake-up of the whole benefits system.

Grumpy old woman,
Elisabeth x

Uggers Report 6 Oct 2010 17:12

So am I, Sheila:)

It seems wrong that someone can save their benefits for cosmetic surgery because she can't need the benefits she's getting but I don't see the relevance of how many fathers her children have. In the Daily Mail was it? lol

Nigel Kennedy's an adult and can do what he wants I would have thought. He's hardly going to be a role model for many is he.

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 6 Oct 2010 17:21

I suppose the only relevance of the number of fathers Uggers is if they are all paying to support her children and that is how she affords her holidays etc. Hmm!!!!

Rambling Report 6 Oct 2010 17:23

It IS in the Mail lol... and as ever it makes for cringe-making reading,

"However, although Miss Marshall receives more than many hard-working families she admits that she has also run up £10,000 of debt."

Personally I think she'll regret the boob job later on when she is old enough to get back ache ;)

Uggers Report 6 Oct 2010 17:25

Nooo Rose, I don't want to read more ;))

Ann, I would expect it's more to do with making a judgement about her morality lol

Rambling

Rambling Report 6 Oct 2010 17:26

just reading through it, her youngest is 3 , so when that child reaches 6 under the new rules she will have to look for work...unless she has another one.

Rambling Report 6 Oct 2010 17:30

lol very wise Uggers ;) you will however miss the politically relevant information that while DC was making his "rallying call"... "Samantha Cameron (was) wearing a Paul Smith dress, (and) watched her husband from the front row but baby Florence was not in the hall in case she started crying mid-speech. "

;))

ChAoTicintheNewYear Report 6 Oct 2010 17:36

Uggers beat me to it lol I was wondering why the 5 children to four fathers bit was relevant. It doesn't surprise me that it's in the Daily Fail either, they're always on a crusade to get us back to the 1950s.

Uggers

Uggers Report 6 Oct 2010 17:37

Poor Florence missing out eh?:)

Uggers

Uggers Report 6 Oct 2010 17:37

Cat, is it right that you have three children by nine fathers?

Kay????

Kay???? Report 6 Oct 2010 17:43

I know a number of single people who leave their CB or a portion to mount up as far as they are able, for Christmas, tele licence.home replacements.

I dont see it a problem as the inbetween times for shoes, clothing etc comes out of the weekly benifit,so swings and roundabouts.

The uplift job,,so where did the childrens clothing.shoes.etc come from inbetween during savings?again swings and roundabouts really.
