How sweet you are. You will always be remembered.well your name and good humour as I've never seen your face.
So right too,there is no point whatsoever being the richest person in the graveyard cos it gets you nowhere does it.
The way things are going I doubt that will ever be a possibility for us. But At least we are all happy.

that site is very interesting Mac - what a labour of love and how proud you must all have been. I loved the bit about it growing an inch!! one of my mum's phrases was "if I'm still here" - she hung on til 84 - many years after she first started saying it!

I've read your Dragon Fly restoration project & found it to be very interesting.
I've never heard of tyres being filled with concrete, just to make them look better. lol
Have you been involved in other restoration projects?

The air museum is an excellent place to visit, I thoroughly enjoyed it. they even have a Naafi where you can have lunch. sadly the food tasted like it was left over from the war!!!!
If anyone is in Yorkshire, make sure you visit,it is an excellent day out for all ages

That looks more like a full time job, than a hobby Mac.

Since restoration, have any of them been flown again? Or are they kept as static displays?
I suppose this would depend on the amount of restoration work required to get them airworthy?

Your not allowed to die yet Mac, you have too much to do. Just look after that ticker mate.
