10 months between my two, mind you second one was nearly 7 weeks premature, it was like having twins as they were growing up but they always went everywhere together and are still close now, only draw back was when people asked their ages if it was at a certain time of the year they would both be the same age till oldest had his next birthday, didn't have time to go for a third, lol.

Sue

Sue Report 26 May 2009 14:26

I can honestly say we were both pleased to have them close together as they grew up so emotionally close to each other until........the teen years then it was all out war some days. Happy to say they are all still very close even with the huge geographical distance between the girls and their brother.

I can't imagine being pregnant so quickly....after a baby! i have a gap of nearly 3 years between my two, and would have left it longer, but the boy decided he was coming whether i was ready or not! lol! looking at my family - one branch has 13 children for several generations....only 2 gen's had children die early on, the others all lived till adult hood.....! I'm worn out with my two...!? thats my contribution to the human race over with!

SueM your welcome! x lol!

My mum had 9 live births in 10 years 3 months..... although one of the babies died at around 2 days old. None of the births were multiples... so she was pregnant most of my childhood, it feels like!!
