Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 23,508 Send Message	My son, when he was at catering college doing his NVQ, did a dish with lamb, vegetables and cheese sauce under a pastry lid and it was really really nice. I've had chicken with cheese, and of course beef with cheese, the above dish, but never pork with cheese....unless you count bacon....who can beat a bacon and mozarella toastie?
