What a lovely day, what's everyone doing today?

I'll be watching the motor racing later, then cooking roast chicken, the rest of the day is mine mine mine...he's even been down the shops for me this morning.

I've just had a lovely Mother's Day with my family. Got spoilt rotten especially by the grandchildren - kisses and cuddles galore:))

And come half past the hour of noon, I will be going to worship with the Rev. Smith.

I am off into the Garden for a spot of weeding. Its a beautiful day here.

Weather's good here, so probably planting out runner and French beans, sorting out some more tomato seeds as I inadvertantly managed to 'fry' the last lot on a too hot windowsill!!! Good day for drying washing too.

It's raining here and I've got 2 essays to do.

I am supposed to be doing the veg..........7 of us to feed today, but the arrival of a new baby guinea pig has interrupted the proceedings a bit:)

Don't forget to put water in the pot with the veg BEFORE you start to boil them Kitty...less burnt bits that way...

Im just waiting for my lot to get ready then we are going out for a nice walk in the countryside and maybe stop off for a bite to eat somewhere and then possibly a walk on one of the beaches.

I'm going to be finally catching up with all the jobs I should've been doing over the last few days.

It's been the most AWFUL week. My friend Mary was killed in the early hours of Wednesday morning, by a man who'd been stalking her. So I haven't really felt much up to doing anything, hence I haven't been on here either :o( Many of you might've read about it, it's been in all the papers. It's going to be very strange not seeing her bounding into the school playground for a chat, and my son will no longer see his friend, as her children have moved away now....

So, today is a beautiful day, and I'm going to get on, enjoy life and be very thankful for what I have :o)

I had a friend who was stalked, she was terrified, but this has oviously gone much further. I hope they get him and throw the key away.
