I am involved in Amature Theatre, not plays, but variety Singing, Dancing and Comedy. Comedy is my favourite and I dress up as someone different all the time. Whatever makes people laugh I am happy with that role. One I did years ago was Sister Act and I dresssed up as Whoopi Goldberg she was one of my favourites.
I have been involved for 22 Years now and I still enjoy every minute of it

Somewhere from West Side Story brings back so many memories
My niece used to sing it and was my Mum's favourite. My niece sang it at my Mothers funeral. Mum would have been up there smiling. I love the song

I've done several Gang show in the past with my old Brownie pack and we used to do skits from shows, the one I enjoyed the most was being Nancy from Oliver, and singing "As long as he needs me".
Have appeared on stage several times doing talent shows at Butlins where my usually song was " I don't know how to love him" from Jesus Christ Superstar.
