Afternoon everyone, just been reading this thread and a mention of bloomers, while l have a story to tell you, the other day l went shopping and went up to the cash desk to pay for some silky skimpy knickers, the lady behind the counter gave me a funny look as if to say your a bit old to wear these (l'm in my 50's) so l told her they were for my mother who is 84 and she will not wear anything other than this type, well the look she gave me told me she thought l was joking and just glared .I wish l had the guts to go back in the shop and tell her that mum loved her pants and next time she visits me l;ll bring her in to buy some more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
