Oh I am so glad you managed to do it and are so happy. I bet it was lovely in those fields with the dogs. As you say, some of these things are harder some days than on others, but keep trying on the good days first....we will all be holding your hand......

Tis hard to go 'public' because you don't actually realize it has happened, if that makes sense ... not until you have to go somewhere and then find you cannot, even though inside you don't feel 'blue'.

Hard to explain yet I hope you know what I mean.

I used to, was never in, always involved in various activities and more. Not sure what happened to me, suddenly stopped doing so many things, so I'm making a list of things, trying to achieve one step at a time.

'Me' time is important isn't it, OH plays golf, has his rugby and more. Tis time for me to start doing what I used to, go to the theatre, garden ...

I want to visit my family in Wales, be at the Wales Meet ... that's my prime objective at the moment, to be able to meet very special friends from here.

Shopping ... every now and then I adore it as much as walking in the countryside, don't need it now as much as I did when younger. :))

Pretty sandals for the summer would be nice, Cass ate one of mine last year, plus shoes, and so so much more, bless his little paws. xxx

Oh hun, thank you ... it was, I missed out on seeing Granny Oouch as although arranged, I 'panicked' at the last minute. Bless her, she's gorgeous, understood and we will meet next time yet I was so sad not to be able to see her.

Couldn't invite her here as I was also going through not being comfy with others indoors ...

All that's changing now, thank you for understanding that it was a 'big step', am taking one day at a time yet determined to do this.
