	So glad I am not the only one McAnne lol... I was brought up to 'cope' lol, but it would be nice to be 'cossetted' occasionally ! I look at some marriages and thank goodness I am not in them...but just a few others which work so well that I am, not jealous exactly...just a bit wistful lol :) xx

Member Since: June 2004 Posts: 20,934 Send Message	Oh I know exactly what you mean Rose lol I'm kind of on the fence - i want to be independent but i'd also like to have a partner ........... but i guess you have to make the best of what's mapped out for you lol I had a Gt Aunt who I feel I am very much like - she never married, was fiercely independent, well travelled and had a very fulfilled life ........... I'm not quite on a par with her in all respects but I'm doing my best lol

	never been married never even thought about it .. been with the same man 20 years and have 3 children .. still dont even think about it lol although i did change my name by deedpole 19 years ago so that me Ho and children all had the same name .. well its cheeper than a wedding lol Rosex

	I got married on February 29th - how eager was I!!! LOL Never had an engagement ring - so you're a few up on me, Ethelfrida & Rose - and I bought my own wedding ring!!! Wasn't desperate - honest!! Had 2 children and divorced before we'd reached two anniversaries!!!!

	Morning Rose I've never been married either. I'm currently single and have been since June 2000.
