for the length of time for this storyline to reach its conclusion, we've seen other soap characters in the past meet, marry and divorce!........phww, unbelievably l o n g and d r a w n out.

Up to about five years ago we watched Eastenders regularly, but, sadly, it went down hill in a big way. Instead of being about everyday life on the street, there was bitchiness, crime, teenage sex, and rather sad actors and acresses reputedly earning £100k a year producing quite pathetic performances.

Frankly we had had enough.I haven't a clue what the current storry line is about, and quite honestly don't really care.

This storyline has been running for such a long time, and for a time I did think that Archie might have been the Dad, especially as he was soooo weird with Ronnie and she detested him.....

.......I can't work him out at all, he seems really creepy and controlling, and I thought he was going to try and get rid of Danielle........ it will be good to see how it all pans out.....

We are all obviously supposed to think that Archie may be the father or at least abused Ronnie as a young girl. The way he caressed Ronnies hair the other day and also Danielles face, did not at all seem right.

He is a creep whatever he has done.

Yes Penny, very disappointing and I didn't expect that......the actress who plays Danielle is really good, and I hope she has a lot of work after Eastenders.......

........a real shame because they could have carried that story forward with Danielle and Ronnie getting to know each other........but it looks like they want to focus on the Max storyline, and little Dotty, the offspring of Nasty Nick......

Don't you think it's time they had speed humps round the square, this is not the first accident like the one with poor little Danielle, I was in tears at the end of theprogramme! Nasty Archie (pity he has the same name as my Dad altho he was Arthur not Archibald) deserves a thumping at least from Phil and his mates, what a creep he has been all along and Peggy seemed oblivious to it all.
Oh and Ian Beale, what a weasel he is, urghhh! He couldn't run a p***-up in a brewery let alone a wedding reception in a pub lol

I did go off Eastenders for a while but getting hooked into it all again now.

Btw, did anyone notice the small lady teacher for Liam, in the programme the other week. She was also in the new drama with Sarah Lancashire, about a Choir and such on BBC1 the other night, strange to suddenly appear in two things so close together when I have never seen her before. Anyone else seen her in anything?

Yes Liz, I noticed she suddenly appeared in two programmes close together, it was definitely the same actress.
