Morning All...........ooh cuppa tea with no sugar Shelly ta very much :O)

I consider myself very lucky I (and fingers crossed) have no aches and pains (at the moment)..........off to keep fit, followed by Salsa class this after........but .I was hosptialised when I was in my late thirties, with back trouble, so doesn't always have to be an age thing.

Harry I've just bumped into the door frame.......thank the Lord I'm not dead!! ;O)

Occasional aches and stiff fingers, knees sometimes give me a bit of jip. but all in all not bad, considering will be 78 next month.
As I say, better than the alternative.

Yep, 68 and pain in my lower back, pain in the base of both thumbs, pain in my ankle. But, other than lifting anything heavy I don't let it stop me doing anything and, as somebody said it is better than the alternative.

Youngster butting in again.

This really works for aches and pains. You also get it in health shops and some chemists. It goes pretty far too.

My Dr recommended GlucOsamine Gel for achey hands and feet, and I found it in Boots last week. Sent it to my 90 year old cousin and she says it's made a huge difference. Well she is sending me long, complicated emails so she must be ok! lol

oops just seen your posting Marion, will have a look.
