what do you like reading? I have just finished two autobiographies... Bill Oddie and John Barrowman, Bill suffers from depression and John is (as everyone who watches him knows lol) seemingly perpetually cheerful.... interesting to read the two 'back to back' as it were :)

I am just reading a book about Marylebone and Tyburn in London.
It is the history of the area calle St. Marylebone, a very interesting book that was loaned to me by a friend.

I have a pile of books that I have just read but will add them tomorrow as will wake OH if I go in bedroom to route them out.
I did finish one yesterday called "Cradle Snatcher".That was good.

will try and get the Dawn French Mystic, have seen interviews regarding it and sounds like a good read

It is Rambling Rose, I also have quite a few rellies from there.

'The Religion' - Tim Willcocks. Not for the faint-hearted, but gripping none the less!

iv read lots of her books shes brill

i love "the time traveler's wife" by Audrey Niffenegger, also "Spies" by Michael Frayn.

Both very good although i had to concentrate when i read the first as i had to follow when each bit was happening for who.
they are both brill though (in my opinion!lol)

I've started to read some epic books by Edward Rutherford.

Sarum, London, The Forest.......and my most recent buy.....Russka.

They are BIG books but ........for those interested in history.........soooooooo worth a read xx

oh i love Michelle moran. haven't read the heretic queen though. will add it to my list. I'm reading "the life and opinions of Tristrm Shandy; Gentleman" by Laurence Sterne. it's difficult to get used to as it is a satire on the novels of his contemporaries so goes against everything you beleive a text should be.

it's very good though, some very funny moments. :D
