Dehydration can cause Cramp amongst other things. Make sure you drink a glass of water before going to bed....It may help. xx

Thanks Posh........I do take a pint glass of water up with me as a matter of course.........but I don't always drink it as I don't like waking up for the loo in the night............I'll make myself do it now though if it stops this.

Not sure where you would put it, but cork is supposed to help get rid of cramp.

Aaaaaaaaaaaa ok Hazel.........I'm still a bit wary though.......I'll try the alternatives in future I think ..........other nan had osteoporosis (sp) so again it's prob a bit risky lol xx

Honestly Hayley when you get cramp in toes or legs go and stand on really cold flooring it takes it off straight away - footballers trick they use in the dressing rooms - would I lie to you lol

Muffy, seriously, i think you should tile the bottom half of your bed, so if this happens whilst one is resting....you dont have to get out of bed....makes sense to me...

I have some spare grout somewhere.....looks in handbag...

Most of my vino is screwtop.........but I can maybe find some with cork somewhere...............
