No, am on my own ...

OH had to go to work ... wishes he didn't, yet has to be there.

He's gone and my son sleeps ... think it's best if my son sleeps, tis the best place to be if he can. He's curled up with Cass.

Sorry Shimms had to go and make dinner but am back now.

You are in shock at the moment Shimms its only natural you are crying Make a cup of Tea and then try and have lie down for a while. Have you been prescribed with anything that could settle you down a bit?
If not and son is around get him to go to the Chemist and get you something. Just headache tablets but with Plus. Not sure on the makes in UK They make you a little drowsy and might help to make you more relaxed.
