Everyone has different learning styles Trinity that's the problem in schools ... me, I'm Visual and Auditory.

i know assessment didn't go well am bit lost on the level 4

i probably do everything but getting it from head to paper not one of my strengths

Do you make notes, I do ... find it helps as you say, get it from head to paper.

I used to do Minutes ...

Have you had to sit in on a meeting, assess it, give positives and negatives? Tis hard, I've had to do that with classroom situations, the teacher/learning assistant and more ...

NO! NO CLASSROOM ASSESSOR COMES OUT GIVES ME READING TO DO AND I HAVE TO PRODUCE WORK AND ASSESS THEORIES AND FIT THEM INTO THE HOMES ENVIRONMENT AND HOW THEY WORK WITHIN THE HOME

YOUR LOOKING AT PEOPLE LIKE JOHN ADAIR, MCGREGOR'S X Y THEORY ETC
