sorry Kitty....can't help you with your dilema

George Cloony.....Sigh.....he's calling to me.....must go watch

one tip before I go though.....don't use nails...use screws, you may want to re-ajust the position of the icing

Amanda...........................is it really easy??

Only recipe books lie all the time you know..............they say do this and do that, then just turn the cake onto a cooling tray. What about when the middle bit falls out and the rest is welded to the cake tin??

Where are the instructions for that????

Nowhere in sight!! *tuts*

NO - buy it. In a roll. It's easy - promise. Please Kitty - don't make your own icing - ask your OH - he'll say no. Or at least he'll look really really worried!

Buy it!

"To stick the marzipan to the cake use apricot jam which has been sieved and boiled. The boiling makes sure no mould is present. "

RIP Kitty's saucepans, cooker & maybe the entire kitchen

♥ Kitty the Rubbish Cook ♥ Report 14 Dec 2008 18:41

Right......................that's the jam on, oh is trying to crazypave the marzipan on it.

I hope it tastes alright...............its a bit on the heavy side, but I have been wartering it with brandy every other day:))

Now do I try to make Royal icing...............or do they sell ready made stuff??

*sighs heavily*
