Mildred can I just say I agree with you?
I didn't see the thread, but from the snippets I've picked up it would seem that it wasn't best suited for here. There are quite often jokes I find funny, but they get whooshed because they are at the most a tad suggestive. It may seem overkill to some but GR does have a duty to those who are here and find things like that offensive or are looking in with their family members which could include children.

If the thread had adult humour on it , or if at very least it was sexually suggestive in any way then a genealogical website isnt really the place for it.... is it ?

Regardless of who reported it or not, It must of flouted GRs T&C hence its removal and the small suspension which followed...which really is no big deal & I really can't understand all the juvenile fuss being made over its removal on this thread & the other one..

Oh & If Will had been suspended a year or so ago it would have been nearer 8 weeks suspension rather than just 24 hours !
