well last night went more or less as expected. It was the final attempt to resolve the issue before going to tribunal................It's going to tribunal.

Ex-boss basically had the attitude that employments rules and regulations don't apply to him.

Although the person with me is very experienced in industrial disputes and arbitration he was there in an unofficial capacity last night. Afterwards he remarked that if he'd been in officical capacity he would have ended the meeting after 5 minutes due to the conduct of the company.

No minutes were taken. We wrote them up immediately afterwards - both versions agreed. And ex-boss seemingly conducted an investigation AFTER I was dismissed ????

I ended the meeting when ex-boss decided to make further allegations against my character.

So unfortunately the saga continues.
