Good Grief! The city centre is gridlocked! All the buses are running 90 mins late. One guy got on moaning that he had waited an hour for a bus and the driver said, yep, it's the traffic in the centre. The passenger got ratty with him shouting something about poor excuses etc, so the driver said, look mate, you can get on this one which is an hour late, or you can wait for the one behind me, which is already an hour and a half late, no skin off my nose, but make your mind up, I'm ready to crawl to the next stop to pick up someone else. |
