I had migraines from the age of 23.
Before that I had regular bouts of biliousness from an early age. A Doctor told me that they were both the same thing only the stomach ache was stronger when I was young and the headache was worse when I got older.

I used to have the dull ache on one side of my head for days and
If I had owned a gas oven I would have had my head in it years ago.

When I used to work I would wear a pair of shoes that were too tight for me whenever I got a headache and as my feet used to be killing me I didn't have time to think about my head.
My Doctor said only a woman would think like that.
I never took medication only Disprin.

My headaches were food related, chocolate, oranges, coffee, pastry, fried food, fatty meat, cream and ice cream, cakes. There were so many things I never ate I was very slim (24 inch waist).

Migraines are triggered by the Isles of Langlet or something at the back of the head releasing too much glucose. I used to have a booklet about it that was written by Sister Philomena a nun in Perth W.A.who studied migraines for years.
Elizabeth said something very similar to her findings.

My migraines were cured when I started going to a Chiropractor for a bad back and now I can eat whatever I like (digestionpermitting) Thirty seven years I suffered with headaches. Am now concentrating on not getting too fat and Twenty four inch waists are now a distant memory.
