BC....I have slept for 12 hours and stilll yawning and bushed......

Must be all that fresh air....I decided on Thursday night to go have an early night and was already shattered by 6pm after a hard day in the office...so took myself off to bed at 8.30 to read so I would be up for 5.30 ...I woke at 1am full of beans remained awake..

Set off on the train at 06.44 and arrived in Londan and met by BC off the train, I tried to walk past her but she grabbed me..lol off on the tube to BC's pad for a bacon buttie and natter...yes I even managed to get 3 words in I think, then off on the bus tour...after calling London a s*** hole I was now getting the feeling I was going to have to eat my words...as I noticed there 's not even graffiti in the subways or litter and was fascinated by the beautiful Edwardian buildings...........now we were in full swing as tourist...I saw the London eye ad thought it would be bigger and the southbank...all very nice. BC brought a Ice cream I had a bet with her it would be £10.00 and was *shocked * it was only £2.00 same price opp Norff..off on the boat tour of the thames and must say as we approached London Bridge it was breath taking..I may add at this point I have visited London before but not been since the early 80's ....off to Harrods...which I thought a few things were tacky sorry but they was...however I loved the food hall and brought a few souvenirs, word must of got out we were in town as there was crowds of people waiting for us and the papperazztis but we were on a right tight schedule and didnt have time to sign autographs them back to BC's pad for Dinner cooked by her very fair hand ( happy salmon ) and was delish....and I eat it all up and was a made a pig of myself...then it was back to catch the train...exhursted.....and you know I forgotmy ruddy camara...but I had a great day and ache all over today..but thank you BC for your time and trouble and most of all a smashing day..x

There were just a gasp Muffy at my attire...or it may of been BC's mini skirt I am not sure..lol

About time you turned up and told us all about it...

I forgot to say I stood staring at the men smoking the hubbabubba pipes outside the cafes..lol

I am knacked TW and we both missed you....

So glad you back safely..I tried to keep awake but fell into bed before midnight and slept 10 hours! pmsl Must have been all that talking that did me in...but like I said, I had never done the Bus Tour nor the trip to Greenwich so it was a real pleasure for me too. It reminded me of why I love this great city.

Hayley was great company and only made a small fuss when she spilled her coffee down her pretty yellow bouse...it was because the boat was rocking I suppose....lol....

I think we were too knackered to take the photos, TW, anyway we were'nt looking our best at the end of the day!

Glad you both had a lovely day though and the weather held out for you.

I know, TW, but it was such a busy day that we kept forgetting...I had the two straw hats laid out as well...tsk tsk...never mind we will be more organised when you come with us the next time:-) XX

Sounds like you've both had an excellent fun day and managed to fit lots in!
