Hi Jo, Hi All :o)

I make a lovely soup that's 'free' (in weightwatchers terms)

Just get a big saucepan, chuck a load of veggies in, either fresh or frozen (not peas, turnip, parsnip, pots, sweetcorn or anything else which is also classed as a carb), I also put in Peppers, celery n loads of Red onion, spinach is good in it too.....anything 'free' left over in the fridge really, cover it with water, add some mixed herbs, salt, pepper n stock cubes n boil away. When boiled n slightly cooled blitz to a puree....add more season to taste if required.....it's Boooootiful :o)

Do you like fruit Webster ? if so, when you are feeling peckish between meals, try a piece of fruit - should take the pangs away .... good luck :))

well 2 days to go til center parks and i have lost 12 lbs, so only 1 stone 2lb to go by friday...seriously considering the amputation idea...but will it effect my bike riding?

Prince of Dreams

Prince of Dreams Report 24 Sep 2008 19:15

Web I really think amputation is a bit extreme. A very skimpy bikini will have the desired effect

Websterbfc

Websterbfc Report 24 Sep 2008 19:18

omg mikey lol going down the rapids at center parcs is no place for a skimpy anything....unless you are hoping it is gonna fly off as you his the water at the bottom and flash all you have to everyone looking lol
