yes Julia,,,,he ate a Bambi.......cooked in wine,!!!

I shared some of the food with some of the poor people sitting round us, watching us eating our succulent morsels. I think they appreciated it. Isn't iced pimms mixed with champagne nice?

Some of the other people were drinking beer and things - out of cans - and eating crisps.

I love a Pimms,,,,,,,,,,with bits of fresh fruit/mint and no ice it waterers it down too much,,,!!

I know, crisps out of a bag - I think they were Netto own brand as well. Tsk.

I didnt tell them it was bambi though - I told them it was a tofu substitute for beef, and they were amazed at how realistic it was!
