My aunt wants to be cremated with her cigarettes. She says not to bother putting a lighter in - she'll get a light off the flames. |

I frequently get these strange thoughts, I ask OH some odd questions and he just looks at me and says "what made you think of that". It's a sign of intellegence Barbara, don't worry. lol |

isn't it funny how you can get hysterics at a funeral - my friend and I went to the wrong funeral once. We thought we were at the funeral; of a schoolfriend of ours and when we saw the mourners entering the chapel - we were first in and at the inner end of a pew, we began to think "These don't look like friends of Ann" and sure enough when the service started we realised we were the only female mourners - it was a Gentlemen Only funeral - and the vicar said "An so we say farewell to our brother John". Too late, we had to sit through it cos we were blocked in. Relatives glared at us and we pretended not to notice. It was awful. Our friend's funeral was the one after!!!! |
