Why are people deviating from Gwynne's original question?

I am sure that Gill is right Gwynne, when you send a request review it automatically copies that post to GR.
If you are worried though as it has been deleted, why not just e mail them with your complaint. That way they will get a double wammy!!!

Back to the original question.....................I suppose the only people who can answer it are the people at GR.

I assume they do see the post alongside the complaint, but who knows:))

I dunno mate, I see squabbles every bit as petty and pathetic as this fought over in Court every day
in the wonderful world of Intervention Orders!
(or ASBOs or TESCOs or whatever you call them over there)

I have never heard so much uinadulterated twaddle in all my life. In court. As if there is anything important enough on a genealogy website to warrant a court appearance. Get real. I've heard this drama queen rubbish millions of times. That is exactly what it is. Drama queen total and utter absolute rubbish.

I suspect that my experience of the realities of the law may slightly outweigh yours Skwirrel!

Yes Ian in COURT

you obviously don't keep up with the new laws or regulations - however last year it became illegal to libel, bully or harass people over the Internet.

Try reading all the legalities to using websites - you might just learn something.

The vision persists...

'So you call yourself Peoples Friend Pin Up '63 in Silver Clogs' and you claim that the other party, who calls herself 'Apple Blossom and Rottweiler Pooh' said some really nasty things about you......and you are so upset that you....you can't what...?'

It is too funny for words! Court from a genealogy message board! I'm going to ring my pal from the News of the World and let him in on this one!

Methinks the world of over-dramatisation is too real for some!

hehehehehehe

Guinevere Report 2 Jun 2008 11:33

Wild Cat,

It's only against Ts and Cs to copy and paste pms onto the boards, surely?

If you copy an abusive post to GR I'm pretty sure that's ok.

In reply to the question.
Yes GR can see it as everything on the boards is stored at the GRHQ incase needed in court or such alike. If it's been deleted from the boards then it's still viewable by GR if they deem it needs looking at.
