because birds are so fascinating and so wonderful I feel it is a crime against nature to ever cage a bird - they were born to fly and be free, it breaks my heart to see a bird in a cage |

Yes, birds do communicate whilst still in the egg. We breed/hand rear owls and when they have started to "pip" (that is make the first indent in the eggshell) we move them from the incubator, which turns the eggs regularly, into the hatcher. |

For what it is worth ..........I believe in a Creator........but also in evolution........some thinking mind started the whole thing rolling and has been watching the un-folding of it's Creation ever since. |

Do you know..........the really sad thing about Creationists is that they are now having to add a revised form of evolution into their ideas simply because even the most extreme believer realises that you could never have fitted all those animals onto an ark? |

Carla,The thought never entered my mind,It was just a bit of fun.:o)>. Re China,The Plates Moved as they frequently do,and cause disasters.I do admire the way in which the Chinese Government acted so Quickly, far better than the Burmese did,and probably better than our government did in the flooding.**M**. |
