Oh dear.... and they don't give nice stuff like ice cream any more, according to my brother (he had his removed at the tender age of 45, lol)..... get well soon David.. and you will feel so much better afterwards, honestly!!

David mate don't worry its a breeze this tonsil lark.

When I had mine done I was fussed over by nurses, fed lots of ice cream and got to play with a Thunderbird 2 toy for ages.

Well yes I was seven and I did get a brave soldier badge - will see if we can get you one too lol ;-)
