My first was within days of coming on. (1) on trying to find board two names I recognised The first was a second cousin I hadn't seen since the 1950s found her in NewZealand. (2) My boy friend from the 1950s not heard from since 1955. I asked if he had an uncle named Stan from Lincolnshire,his reply from California was. Hello Elaine, have you still got the long blonde ponytail. My reply was still got long blonde ponytail... tinged with silver. I was so exited. Remember Susie Manterfield she helped me lots. My First pm was from a lady who thought we had a match...that was nearly 3 years ago and we still keep in touch and she also phones me regularly.
The first person I spoke to on the boards was Ann up a Swiss Mountain and Steve (the Durham one) followed by Linda from Berkshire.

I can't remember the first person I spoke to but do remember the first thread I put up five years ago and was jumped on by two members, one male and one female..
