I've got one on the back of my shoulder....a love heart....

It didn't hurt as much as I thought. Just a constant scratch really. The worse place to have one would be on your ankle I'd imagine... :o)

I've got one on my forehead.

Its says NAI.

I did it myself in the mirror.

G'day

I have seven tattoos:

One on back about 4''x8'' of a dragon done in Hong Kong so very detailed (each scale is drawn on)

one on right upper arm of ship surrounded by anchor design with a naval signal underneath meaning 'I am a wreck' (that comprises of two tattoos done five years apart)

one on upper left arm of British bulldog and union jack

one on left bicep of dagger and a scroll saying 'blood and guts'

one on left calf of panther going over a waterfall

and

one on right leg of my name in chinese lettering (could say this way up do not drop though for all I know)

pain isn't too bad but it depends on the design and the area of the body you have it on

Why do people have tattooes they can't see unless they look in a mirror.............i.e. on their backs.....two of our daughters have and they've never really come up with an answer:)

LOL Ian...................very nice too:))

Same reason as you ladies wear lipstick....for others to admire

A tattoo is a personal choice. I suppose it reminds you that you have a personality and are an individual.

Mine all mean something and are in the main related to my naval career, ooh this has started me thinking about having another one.
Panther cost £90 and took about 2 hours.
If you are considering a tat have a look at the designs then go home and think about it before actually getting it done. Its going to be with you an awful long time. Check out the studio as well and ask to see photos of some of the tattooists work

Hi,its British Bulldog lol
Ones a small scroll type thing & other is cross RIP Colouring is often said to hurt more than outline & nearer bone more painful :)

yes i went to the tattoo shop today and had a look , they don't have a lot of stuff for women tho, so i think I'll have to work on my own design
