	Granny butties, named because our gran used to make them for us. Put a shelled hard boiled egg (still hot) in a pyrex bowl. Add a skinned tomato still hot from the boiling water it was skinned in. Mash the egg and tomato together with a potato masher. Add enough grated cheddar to bind the mixture together, then let it cool. Serve on buns rather than sliced bread as it is a bit sloppy, but very yummy. Dianne xx

	BLT, Salmon & cucumber, Tuna Mayo, Roast Beef Salad in fact oodles when I was little apparently I enjoyed straberry jam and chicken flavour crisp sarnies....always was a bit strange
