as to wether they are better off than you and I, that is down to the benefits system it has no relevance to your original question which was about illigal immgrants claiming benefits and going to dubai on holiday.

you cannot claim any benefit if you do not have a national insurance number and illigal immigrants do not have national insurance numbers so they cant claim

Illigal immigrants in this country are not entitled to benefits, nor are they allowed to work in this country they are not issued with National insurance no's so cannot work unless doing so for employers who do not check or dont care.

Asylum seekers are also not entitled to work,

Don't know who told these stories david but they are incorrect and stories like that lead to bad feelings re immigrants people come to this country for many different reasons, the genuine asylum seekers are fleeing from persecution and are entitled to live in peace and without fear of their lives.
