	I'm working on an army barracks building a £20 million state of the art catering school. After four years they are gonna knock it down. Ours troops are short of gear & they waste money like this

	Same as the shooting range they are building at some military base for the shooting events at the 2012 olympics......as soon as its over, they are pulling it down. There is a prefectly serviceable facility at Bisley, but they dont want any remnant of a shooting facility buily by this government, as their reasoning goes. Cost - I believe £4 million. Will check it out. Ian
