Mine is Adagio in G minor by Albinoni ........first heard it at the end of the film Gallipoli and I've loved it ever since........

I'm no classical music buff but I'd like to be educated....what's your favourite classical piece? xx

I know what you mean Maddie. I like what I like but I don't know most of the time what exactly that is.

I have an opera album too that I put on occassionally and warble along to when I'm on my own. I'd love to learn more about both classical and opera xx

Brandenburg Concerto No. 5 (Bach)

Satie = symphonia (something French that I can't spell!)

Lots of other bits (listen to Classic FM at work with the headphones on as it cuts out a lot of the chatter. I write down my favourite bits and then listen again and then decide if I want to buy/download or whatever. Some totally brilliant stuff.)

Elgar, Pavane music for a dead princess....Barber's Adagio for Strings.....Stravinski's Rite of Spring and Debussy's L'apre midi d'un Faun which is a strange piece of music to me, but was choreographed by Nijinsky....I find the opening flute music haunting.....

I have a fair collection of classical although not really up on the names of any particular pieces of music :)

I do like Vivaldis Four Seasons, also Puccinni Humming Chorus, Pachabel and also a favourite of mine is Emperor by Beethoven which is a fantastic bit of music.

GOOD EVENING GUYS:))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

Just logged on for the night lol been out all day with Sis.

I have a very diverse range of music loves. It can be classical music to opera to rock. If I like a piece of music I like it no matter what genre it is. I like musicals as well my all time favourite is Sound of Music and you can always hear me (screaching) Mother Superior Climb Every Mountain in my kitchen! LOL.

I would love to have been an opera singer and believe that one of my rellies was or is an opera singer. I have yet to find that out.
