Glad you are home and hope all the tablets will do their job and you will soon feel much better. Do behave and follow orders, rest and relaxation, and what ever exercise is allowed, and lots of t.l.c.

Exactly 40 years ago I had one in my left lung the pain was excrutiating, however despite treatments being different then (not allowed out of bed for nearly a month) I am here to tell the tale!

Morning all and thank you for the latest replies :-))

Had a really ropey night, watched TV when I couldn't sleep, well at least I learnt something about religion in India at 3 a.m...lol thereafter it was the news.

OH sleeping in bedroom next to main one as I am up and down like Tower Bridge all night and he wont get any sleep otherwise.

I'll potter about today and lay down when I get tired for a nap.

Still can't complain I'm still around to irritate everyone :-)

Hi Sue - hope you feeling better now you are home and beginning to settle in - I found it very strange to be home after 22 days in hosp - I have appointment with Chest Specialist in out-patients on Friday! Jx
