morning everyone

i havent done good this week i have put on 2 pounds as i expected i had lots of comfort food but i am trying to get back on track and my neck seems to b easing a bit though still painfull i can move it more freely

I aint had a very good week either Tinky I put on 1/2 pound ah well we can hopefully get back in the swing of things this week.

Morning Tinky and Jax, sorry to hear you haven't lost any this week please, but please do not give up, you CAN do this!

I have lost 1 pound this week, have been trying really hard this week and exercising loads, thought it would be more. Have been walking my dog for atleast an hour each day and only eating healthy food all week!!!

thanx nikki i was upset at putting on the 2lb but i was expecting it now i am getting abit more mobile now my neck is starting to ease of though im not gonna overdo things till its properly better lol

Your welcome Tinky, glad you are feeling better. dont get down hearted, you're still sticking to this because you want too, not anybody else YOU! Thats what i'm doing it for ME, I want to feel and look better.

Dont try and do too much too soon, dont want you hurting your neck again, start by doing something gentle and build yourself up as you go along you will soon realise you can do more.

I am hoping to start jogging after a few more weeks of walking, started of just walking to the top of first field and back, last week I walked round the whole field and this week walked round two. Couldn't do it if I didn't have the dog, think OH is happy i've taken over walking him. Dont mind going over the fields because no one can see me!

PMSL!! I should start taking my own advise!!! I have stopped buying food high in fat and callories, now i just need to cut down on the amount of food I eat. What can i eat to fill myself up cuz I always feel hungry!!!!!!

I will be a good girl this week ive promised meself! But im shocked I didnt put more on with all the rubbish I ate, the comfort food was nice though lol

Gonna attack me garden now and hope wrestling with me shrubs will help me loose a bit more lol

Very bad, even after i've eaten a huge dinner (enough really to last me a couple of days) i'm looking for something else to eat. I need to find something to fill me up!! I have eaten most of my lunch already today whilst sat at my desk! Help me!!!

Hi peeps!

I've lost 1 and a half pounds so far this week (weigh in Monday) but there's still the weekend to go yet. I got myself some new jeans in town the other day so I can't eat too much or I won't get them on tomorrow night! lol

To those that have put weight on this week....don't worry too much about it. We all have bad weeks and it is harder to be good when the weather is so cold and miserable.

Board at work....how about these snack ideas? A handful of carrot sticks dipped in a tablespoon of low fat humus. Or any 2 medium pieces of fruit (such as apple, pear or peach) sliced and topped with 4oz low fat cottage cheese. Or a salad of 1 sliced apple and 100g cooked beetroot topped with2oz of low fat feta or mozzarella.

Well I'm going to be really really good today I know it cos I'm off to look after my g/son at his home and they don't have any bisc or fattening stuff around .........though those baby snacks are quite good hmm! oh! no no no can't do that .. can I ?
