I have a new email address - how do I update my membership?

First of all, login to Genes Reunited with your old email address and password, then go to the  My Account page. In the panel on the left hand side of the page you’ll see different options where you can update your email address, password, change the type of subscription you have and choose which emails you receive from us.

If you have forgotten your email address or your password, please contact the Customer Support Team with your full name (please include your maiden name if applicable) and the year and place of birth so that we can provide you with the email address you registered with and a link to reset your password.
