Jem, they are in Perth. the father is my eldest nephew who was born in the UK. We don't see much of them, especially as there was a bit of inter-family squabbling over a social networking comment. I do know the gist of it, but as we are not users of any of those type of sites not the specifics.

When their first son was born, they seemed to want to limit visits to an hour or so, and as it is a good two hour journey (one way) for us we haven't visited very often :-(

These social networks can be dangerous. I have a FB account, but I have never put anything on it. It is useful for looking at relatives photos etc.
I did locate my best friend, who when we were 16, emigrated to Australia with her family. She is the second of a family of 7 children, and I was friends with her brothers each side of her in age too. I can't bring myself to contact them though.

My nephew works in IT and has to have everything with whistles and bells. If anyone should be alert to the dangers of total social networking, he should...but!
